max Report post Posted 03/21/2006 03:15 PM cant seem to figure out from the help file or forum or the actual script generator if the following can be accomplished with voice guide. i need outbound dialing to multiple employees simultaneously without waiting for each call to be completed. based on employee responses, i need to control the outbound list, and cancel all or certain calls. the above is for company number 1. at the same time i need another set of lines doing the same thing for company number 2. no need for inbound answering can anyone give me a clue if and how to accomplish this. it seems to me the dialer cannot be threaded to work many times over Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/21/2006 11:42 PM VoiceGuide Dialer will dial on multiple lines simultaneously. As soon as there is a free line VoiceGuide will check if there are any calls which should be made on this line and if there are any then the call will be made on that line. Do you actually have multiple telephone lines or do you have just one telephone line? Share this post Link to post
max Report post Posted 03/22/2006 10:08 AM what doeas ACTUALLY mean? I'm designing a project for many lines, high density. At this point I'm investigating software capabilities in order to make an educated purchase Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/22/2006 12:52 PM VoiceGuide will dial simultaneously on all available lines. It also gives user control to limit calls to be made on certain lines on a per-call basis, and/or to disable dialing on certain lines altogether. Share this post Link to post
